A woman was stabbed and killed in Site 5 informal settlement near Table View on Saturday after she is said to have confronted a urinating man.
According to Table View police spokesperson, Captain Adriana Chandler, police were called to the scene shortly after 21:00 where they found residents surrounding an ambulance.
“A woman was lying on the ground and was already deceased.”
According to a witness, the woman had confronted an unknown man found urinating against her house.
Chandler says the man turned and stabbed the woman (30) with an unknown object in the neck and ran away.
No arrests have been made.
