A shop was robbed on Monday 28 August around 07:45 in Uitzicht
near Kraaifontein.
According to Western Cape police spokesperson, Captain FC van Wyk,
reports indicate that five unidentified suspects entered the shop and
threatened the complainant with firearms.
“The suspects took an unknown amount of cash and fled. No shots
fired and no injuries were reported.”
Van Wyk says no arrests have been made and suspects are still at large.
In the video footage, three men can be seen coming from the back of the
shop with one of their accomplices standing at the entrance of the shop.
The men are carrying a bag and can be seen to be armed too.
