Ten-year-old Mikhulu Makatesi has been reunited with her
family, unharmed, after she went missing on Wednesday, 13 June.
“According to reports, Mikhulu went to school in Mfuleni on
Wednesday and she did not return to her Site C home in Khayelitsha,” police
spokesperson, Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana, said.
The girl was found unharmed on Thursday evening and it is
said that she was in Mfuleni.
Mikhulu’s mother last saw her on Wednesday when she visited
the school her daughter goes to in Mfuleni.
Details of her disappearance are still unknown.
The police thanks everyone who helped in finding the little
girl.
