Bishop Lavis police are investigation a double murder and attempted murder cases after two people were shot dead on Friday morning.
Police spokesperson Constable Samantha Adonis says the two people who died were petrol attendants and another two people were left injured in the shooting.
“Two petrol attendants age 33 and 48 were fatally wounded and another petrol attendant 39 and a 29-year-old client were injured in the shooting.”
Adonis says the injured victims were taken to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under police investigation.
