With the annual 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children officially observed from 24 November, Safeline Child Abuse Treatment and Prevention Centre commemorated the annual awareness period with a placard demonstration outside the Saartjie Baartman Centre in Manenberg last week.

On Wednesday 20 November, Safeline staff aimed to bring awareness to the plight of victims through an array of posters.

Safeline has offices in Mitchell’s Plain, Athlone and Delft, with its headoffices in Grassy Park.

Children are urged to speak up and get help, by telling someone they trust.

Safeline offers treatment to children aged two to 18. Call their headoffice on 021 705 2147.
