Police are appealing for information in what led up to the murder of the two men who were found dead in Epping Forest.
Elsies River police spokesperson, Captain Daphne O’Reilly, says the two men believed to be in their 30s were found lying against a wall of a house in Epping Forest following a shooting.
“Police responded to a shooting in Yardley Close at about 00:14 on Thursday 2 February where they found the victims.
“Both victims were declared dead on the scene. The officers also found a woman who had been shot in her upper right leg in a nearby house. She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.”
She says the two cases of murder and one of attempted murder were opened and are under investigation, however it is confirmed to be gang related.
