- Ettiene Fritz, an author from Bishop Lavis, is launching his new book “Beyond Inspiration” on September 8.
- The book focuses on deepening one’s faith and moving beyond mere inspiration to a closer relationship with God.
- Fritz aims to provide readers with tools for spiritual growth and overcoming challenges.
With his new book a writer from Bishop Lavis wants readers to reflect on his journey with God and advises a deeper relationship with God.
Ettiene Fritz will launch his book, Beyond Inspiration, on 8 September and says it is all about strengthening faith, and not only medication with inspiration, but moving way beyond that point.
“I believe we can easily make the mistake of only being mesmerised by the presence of God,” he said, “and not realising that there is a greater and deeper call for us to move closer to Him, where we experience the greater fullness of who He is and His plan for our lives. Although addressed to the church, this book is for every person desiring to be strengthened and inspired in their lives.
“We are born with great potential, but in this time it is sometimes challenging to reach that potential.
This book aims to let you understand that tomorrow will demand a greater version of who you are today. Life is challenging and its demands can only be met when we become stronger. The key is to use inspiration and move towards something greater, tangible progress is possible.
According to Fritz he wrote the second book after realising that people needed tools to propel them further.
“After Resilience I found that being encouraged to stand strong is not enough; we need the tools to propel us further. Medicating on inspiration does not transform our lives. There are greater things we can achieve, but those things are achieved through greater versions of ourselves, which is realised only when we move beyond our current hindrances and obstacles.
“This book, which includes a free workbook, is a back to basics guide for every believer. In a very simple yet powerful way this book forces every believer to introspectively look at your spiritual journey and ask: Where am I on my journey? Am I where I am supposed to be, or am I still stuck at the starting point? What is holding me from moving beyond inspiration to taking a step or leap of faith to experience the transformative power of God?”
- Beyond Inspiration will be launched on Sunday 8 September at Real Life Christian Centre, Unit 3 Boston Park, Boston Road, Airport Industria. The launch will start at 15:00.
