Two people were killed and seven others sustained various injuries in a collision on the N1 near Durban Road in Bellville on Sunday (8 October).
ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak says the accident happened during the early hours of the morning.
“Paramedics arrived on the scene where they found one vehicle overturned and several others with severe damages.
“Sadly, two people were found with fatal injuries. Seven others sustained various injuries and were treated at the scene before being transported to the hospital,” he says.
Vermaak says the exact details surrounding the collision are not yet known.
