Vissershok Road in Durbanville has been closed following an accident on Wednesday afternoon.
Traffic Services spokesperson Richard Coleman says a motorcycle and a tractor collided shortly after 16:00. The 60-year-old motorcyclist was killed in the collision and the police forensics unit is currently on the scene.
“The road is closed between Contermanskloof and Westendale roads. We are advising motorists to please use alternative routes.”
