Crime-watch WhatsApp groups have issued an alert about a missing 19-year-old woman.
Mitchell’s Plain Police Station commander Brigadier Brian Muller confirmed the family of Davanay Pietersen of Portlands opened a missing person’s case today, Tuesday 22 July.
She was last seen on Saturday 21 June.
Her mother filed a missing person’s report after she failed to return home in time to go back to college.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey top.
Her family suspected she may be in Beacon Valley.
