A Melkbosstrand teenager appeared in the Atlantis Juvenile Court this week for operating a drug lab.
According to a police report the teen (16) was arrested on Thursday 28 July at his home in Strathblane Way.
Police spokesperson Constable Debbie Alard said the landlord of the house contacted police after he heard fans inside the garage.
“On arrival police discovered drugs, a hydroponic laboratory and drugs cultivation paraphernalia.”
She says the teen was arrested and released into the care of his father.
