Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis, national Minister for Public Works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson and provincial minister for arts culture and sport, Ricardo Mackenzie, joined the community of Lentegeur and local councillors for a street Boeka on Tuesday 11 March to mark the breaking of the fast with the community of Lentegeur. The annual initiative is hosted and organised by the Cassiem family, with meals distributed to residents.
