A 35-year-old man sustained serious injuries after a taxi knocked him over in Belrail road in Bellville on Thursday (14 September) afternoon.
ER24 spokesperson Annine Siddall says the accident happened at approximately 14:30.
“ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the side of the road. He was assessed, treated and transported to Tygerberg Hospital for further medical care.”
She says the exact details surrounding the incident are not yet known to paramedics, but the incident will be investigated.
