A 38-year-old Elsies River man is missing since last weekend.
Faried Dollie was last seen on Saturday (13 August) by his mother at the retirement home she lives at in Salberau, Elsies River.
“He came to have dinner with us like always. He left at around 17:50 to go back to his place of work where he spent the night,” says Shahieda Daniels.
She says when Dollie left her place he was wearing a white vest with green printing, a dark grey T-shirt, a light grey sweater with khaki pants and brown shoes.
“When he left he also had a khaki jacket in his hands. Dollie slept at his place of work and left on Sunday morning and since then no one has seen him,” says Daniels.
She also mentioned that her son is a patient at Stikland Hospital and on medication.
“Every time I go to the shops I always pass by his work to ask if anyone has seen or heard from him,” Daniels said.
Elsies River police spokesperson, Daphne O’Reilly, confirmed that a missing person’s case has been reported at the police station.
