A foetus was found dumped in a dustbin in the Bellville CBD
earlier this morning (Thursday).
Police say a homeless person discovered the body in
Blanckenberg Street.
“The body was discovered by a homeless person, who alerted
the security about the matter,” says provincial police spokesperson Captain FC
van Wyk.
He says the foetus was taken to the mortuary and an inquest
docket has been opened for investigation.
