Residents in Bothasig are preparing for this year’s annual Christmas Lights Switch On at the Bothasig Police Station. This is a long-standing tradition in the community which is supported by several local organisations.
The Bothasig Community Policing Forum (CPF) shared the news of the event this week on its social media pages, inviting residents, their families and friends for a delightful night filled with captivating entertainment, delectable food and refreshing drinks, charming craft stalls, festive cheer for all ages and of course the magical switch on of the Christmas lights.
The event takes place Saturday 6 December and starts at 17:00 to 21:00. Entry to the event is free of charge.
“Join us for a magical evening as we light up the festive season at the Bothasig Police Station,” the CPF wrote.
The police station is located in Steenoven Street, Bothasig.
