The skate park in Edgemead has been upgraded and restored.
What was once just a grey, gloomy concrete pitch now boasts an array of colours.
News of the upgrade was shared on Thursday (11 December) by Ward 5 councillor Miquette Temlett. “I am stoked to share that the Edgemead skate park revamp is almost wrapped and is looking absolutely next-level.
“The crew is just finishing off the final ramp, but you should be able to drop in and ‘shred’ from tomorrow (Friday 12 December) again.”
The Edgemead Drive venue, located next to the community hall, tennis and football club, boasts freshly-painted ramps and iron railings.
