TygerBurger received information on an apparent
bomb blast at the Industrial Bakery in Delft this morning.
However, a
source within the police told TygerBurger this morning that no bomb had
exploded.
“These are
just unfounded rumours – there was no bomb in any of the areas,” said the
spokesperson.
She said
the situation in the area remained volatile following the recent taxi war in
the area.
“Currently,
a lot of taxi drivers and owners are waiting outside the station to hear what
the outcome of their request is.”
Taxi
drivers and owners recently submitted a request to the police, asking them to
assist with safety.
At the time
of publishing this article, police had not yet made an official comment.
