The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will provide municipal services at two community locations this week, offering residents convenient access to City services.
Service Schedule:
– Thursday, 6 November: 09:30 to 13:30 at Bonteheuwel Civic Centre (corner of Bluegum Street and Kiaat Road, Bonteheuwel)
– Friday, 7 November: 09:30 to 13:30 at Steenberg Community Centre (corner of Symphony Avenue and Cradock Road, Steenberg)
The City’s Customer Relations Department mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Services include non-emergency enquiries related to rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections and general account matters.
“We are bringing the City’s services closer to Bonteheuwel and Steenberg residents for their convenience,” said Theresa Uys, Mayco Member for Corporate Services. “This is a special opportunity to discuss any municipal items that residents have wanted to address.”
Residents are advised to bring identification documents or municipal accounts to expedite the service process.
