A 39-year-old man was arrested in Parow on Wednesday (17 May) when he was arrested by Metro Police. 

Metro Police spokesperson, Senior-Superintendent Zelda Martin, says at 12:40 officers received information from the public about drug dealing in the Parow area.  

“When they arrived at the identified residence, the officers received permission from the homeowner and they entered the premises from the back using two entrances.”

Officers found 13 parcels and seven bankies of dagga in a container in the separate entrance at the back of the house and arrested a 39-year-old man.
