Brackenfell police need the public’s
assistance to find 26-year-old Anton Steenkamp, who went missing from his home
in Protea Heights, Brackenfell on Friday 28 July.
Steenkamp left his home at approximately
19:00 to drop workers in Bellville South, but never returned home, says
provincial police spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk. Steenkamp was reported
missing the next day.
He left in a grey Opel Corsa LDV with
registration number CY 297 165, police say. At the time of his disappearance he
was wearing green work overalls.
Anton weighs approximately 70kg and is 1,8
m tall. He has short black hair with a beard and a moustache, brown eyes and is
fair of complexion. He has a tattoo of the word “Adoons” on his left hand, and
also has tattoos on both shoulders and his back.
