The body of a 14-year-old
teenager from Delft-South, who was reported missing last night, has been found.
According to provincial police
spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk the body was
discovered in a grave this morning along Symphony Way in Delft.
“Police
were called out to a bushy area where a hand was found sticking out from a
grave,” says Van Wyk.
He confirms
the victim has been identified by his
grandmother who reported him missing last night (Tuesday 12 December).
“He sustained a wound to the right
side of the head. At this stage the motive is unknown and no suspects have been
arrested,” says Van Wyk.
