I have tried on countless occasions to join the DA. An activist from Stellenbocsh told me that I have to join in my own area, which is Kuils River. I have tried countless times to communicate with [the councillor for Kuils River], but she just ignores me or brushes me off with a story. Can someone please tell me how to go about becoming an activist? It seems as though [the councillor] is not interested in getting my vote.
