The Delft FCS Unit is seeking the assistance of the community in locating the whereabouts of a missing girl, Marceline Spandiel (11) from Ravensmead.
According to reports the girl was last seen with her twin brother at Belhar Train Station on Tuesday 10 July. “She told him to get on the train with her and he refused and she left without him. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt with grey tracksuit pants,” says Western Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana.
